3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
From bottle. Pours goldeb yellow with thick foamy head. Aroma is hint of apricot. First sip is slightly fruity. Aftertaste is sweet. Slightly watery.
Appearance: cloudy pale gold with two fingers of loose off-white head, good retention and lacing. (3/5) Aroma: apricot, wheat malt, lemongrass. (6/10) Taste: moderate sweet, mild bitter, mild tart. (6/10) Medium-light body, moderate carbonation, off-dry lightly tart and slightly astringent finish. (3/5)
“Drupaceous,” huh? I think there’s a pill for that… a little blue one… (Yes, I know it refers to stone fruit - maybe you even knew that apricots, peaches and cherries are all drupes. But did you know coffee is too?) I guess it’s pretty much what it says on the label - apricot and wheat, and that’s pretty much it, without much complexity to speak of. A little bit plain and a little bit astringent, but not unpleasant. (12/20) thengling (48) - Saskatchewan, CANADA - JUL 3, 2016
650 ml bottle. Plain orange-and-blue label, not like that pictured above. Pours a nearly clear honey blonde colour with big white head that diminishes to 1/8" fed by continuous supply of tiny bubbles. No sediment at all. Aroma of wheat malt and apricots. Taste is a clean dry ale with a touch of subtle apricot or rather nectarine. Mouthfeel dry, with a bitter finish. Not particularly characteristic of a wheat beer. Still, quite refreshing and suitable for a hot summer day. tmalaher (303) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 18, 2016

On tap at VCBW Festival 2016, pours a hazy pale golden yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out light herbal notes upfront and a touch of apricot. Flavour is more dominant on the apricot, with light apricot, wheat and a dry biscuity finish. Not bad, but pretty weak and boring. Meh. AgentAle (1726) - Alberta, CANADA - JUN 2, 2014
Aroma is sweet malts, yeast, coriander and wheat. Taste is very light sweet malts with some hints of honey, lemon grass, and light tarty bitterness.Slight banana enzymes here. Body is a hazy gold with a ubbly pearl head that retains somewhat poorly.

Imbibing this not untasty copper quaff is a real nice way to pass a summer’s day. Peach, lemon, caramel and sugar cookie smells and tastes. Light floral hops and some honey sweetness. Nice medium feel and carbonation to match. One of the better apricot’s I have arrived at. Reimer96 (1743) - Alberta, CANADA - FEB 4, 2014
Pours a hazy orangish gold with a nice frothy white head that leaves lots of lacing. Aroma of apricots, wheat and cereal. Taste is cereal, biscuit, apricot and a nice spicy kick from the wheat. Overall a nice full flavored fruit beer that has a good balance of fruit and malts. Boutip (6336) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 16, 2013
Bottle: Poured a light golden color male with a medium white foamy head with good retention. Aroma of apricot and wheat malt is pretty refreshing and enticing. Taste of apricot is more dominant then I had expected with not off-flavours or flavours enhancer with a nice dose of bubblegum wheat notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice fruit beer and prefect for those hot summer days. Mucca (27) - - AUG 4, 2013
The apricot flavour in this ale is a surprising enjoyable flavour. I'm not usually a fan of wheat ales, the apricot pulls it all together.

Summer beer. Great colour, crisp and clean. Not a big nose. Light hint of apricot. Not sweet at all.
