COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nothing says fall better than this gnarly, spiced-up brown ale. We added 250 pounds of roasted knucklehead pumpkin along with traditional fall spice to this seasonal ale. Not your average knucklehead’s ale!

Bottle to tulip Consummation: Light pumpkin and mild pumpkin spices which is a huge bonus in this scene; some bitterness and malt too Adjunct: Doesn’t smell much like it tastes, some hints of red pepper and clove but that’s about it; hazy amber with some particulates with a frothy, two finger, off white head; I’m not that fond of Cannery’s beers, but from first taste, I thought that this was going to impress. Unfortunately the taste is decent, but the aroma and appearance are lacking. Still, not a bad beer and I’d drink it again.

On tap at St. Augustine’s, pours a hazy dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out pumpkin spices upfront, with some earthy notes. Flavour brings out pumpkin purée upfront, along with lots of malty sweetness. Pretty simple but competently constructed and balanced. Decent.

Pours a deep amber/brown colour with a creamier tan head. Aroma is of pumpkin with not much spice to it. Taste is reasonably sweet with a nice malty undertone. Smooth and slightly creamy on the palate, thinner mouth feel, and moderate carbonation. Overall a good pumpkin ale.

Dark copper body white head soapy lacing. Sweet grain and a touch of vanilla and pumpkin spice aroma. Taste is pleasant fall spice, sweet, but a little too subtle, maybe some banana notes in there. Over all decent.

Bottle. Cloudy amber-brown pour with an off-white head. Aroma is malty, pumpkin pie and caramel. Flavour is surprisingly light - caramel, light bready notes, and pretty subtle pumpkin and spice. Slightly watery finish. Underwhelming.
