Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, elderflowers. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110730]

From plastic milk [email protected] Chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011 "Donkey Dork Lord Edition". Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, earthy, grassy and a bit herbal. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild caramel.

Bottle at ChrisO’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Thoughtfully brought in milk containers by Ian. Pours clear, light gold. Has some toasty grain and straw on the nose. Light sweet flavor, toast, grainish. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry, lightly leafy finish with mild toast. Nice, easy beer.
