Cask handpump at The Foundry Brewpub, Canterbury, Kent 16th July 2011, in company of Ian and the jolly nice brewer Tom? who gave us a tour and chat about the brewery. Clear dark gold/light amber. Earthy (Ian notes) minerally, flinty quite unusual. Really nice beer with a middling thrusty bitterness, nice sweetness. Some banana, it’s interesting and very likeable, some hops showing late on and there is a bitter finish. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6 Bullit (4686) - Buffalo, New York, USA - AUG 30, 2012
