Color arancio, schiuma praticamente assente, liscia, al naso note acide, brett, in bocca decisamente buona, mela verde, miele, aspra nel finale.

Bought @ Hopduvel. Grand Cru Bruocsella 2014. Bottled 25 August 2017. Aroma is lactic, yogurt, fermented white grapes and a tad vanilla. Funky! Taste is yogurt, old soaked oak, apple, fermented white grapes, muscadet. Mouthfeel is great, a tad wry, a tad yogurt and oil. Oily filter on the lips, very nice.

[email protected], Copenhagen - (2014 vintage) orange Amber pour with tiny bubbly head. Sour fruity with. It's of orchard fruit, horseblanket, dusty, medium to high acidity, bretty, vinegar, tart fruity finish.

Clear amber pour. Completely still. Cantillon funk clearly identifiable: horse blanket, soft barnyard funk, overripe apples, with additional notes of honey, citrus, vinegar and brett. Smooth mouthfeel, medium body, no carbonation. A very nice unblended lambic, I am liking it more than I was expecting - I think I am starting to enjoy unblended lambic much more than I used to.

Bottle sample at a tasting, 2013 ed. Thanks tomer! Hazy yellow orange, flat, no head. Aroma of barnyard, wet hay, oak, Brett. sour, but quite mild with flavors of green apples, herbs, berries, vanilla, oak, good balance. Medium-bodied, almost no carbonation. Easy drinking. Great.

Shared at a tasting, no head, quite hazy and quite deep yellow color, aroma of apple, herbs, roots and minerals, flavor of apple, minerals, some vanila and a hint of sour fruits, medium mellow sourness, light sweetness. Very easy to drink, great fun.

Bottle sample at a tasting at zvsn’s place. Thanks tomer. Bottled 2013. Golden-yellow with no head. The aroma has notes of wild yeasts, vinegar and wood. Sourish flavor with notes of vinegar, wood and some nail polish. Dry, light to medium-bodied. Very drinkable and enjoyable.

Bottle, edition 2010, bottled 2013. Light amber beer with no head, almost completely flat. Subtly sour with distinct woody notes. Medium bodied. Excellent.

kaserov (926) - Oviedo, SPAIN - AUG 4, 2017
Color dorado anaranjado, ligeramente turbio, con mínimos restos de sedimento y sin capa de espuma (solo unas cuantas burbujas enormes que se disipan casi al instante). Carbonatación inexistente. Textura acuosa. Aroma ligeramente ácido, a fruto rojo, limón, madera, cuadra o pocilga (no se me ocurre mejor forma de expresarlo), heno. Curioso aroma, supongo que por ser una Lambic Unblended. Muy apetecible y especial. En boca entra ligeramente ácida, con algo de dulzor residual, pero mínimo. Mucho recuerdo de fruto rojo, limón. Madera presente. Final ligeramente ácido donde se nota más la madera. Escaso postgusto ácido. Muy interesante.
