This is not a hit you in the face sort of sour. Flat Lambic that has hints of oak, must and white wine. A great beer.

Parmenion777 (380) - Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 1, 2018
A slightly hazy orange gold colour with no discernable head. A light sour fruity aroma, tart apple, cider vinegar, and woody. Dry and sour, some sweetness to balance out the acidity, white wine and some lemon tart flavours and long dry finish. Light to medium body, carbonation is flat.

Aromat dziki, brety, dębina, lekko kwaskowy, przyjemny.

LRonCupboard (73) - Belfast, NORTHERN IRELAND - NOV 21, 2017
Slightly hazy yellowy orange, not much head to speak of. Kind of reminded me of some shady Breton cider while pouring which was backed up by an almost cider like aroma of apple, with A bit of sour woody gueze funk. Nice sweet sour balance, quite long acidic finish. Fairly light body. Very nice

Was really looking forward to this as I needed the style tick but it did not come out well. Tasted off right away and basically somewhere between unsweetened juice and wine. Not sure if this is how it should be but not nice. Smells of Apple, bubble gum, cider and wild berry. Orangy pink.

(2015 batch) Really bad for cantillon, tastes like bad sour cabbage. A bit bitter. Weird aftertaste. SHAME!

Pours clear amber with flat head. Aroma of grass, hay, cracked garden branches, light barnyard and citrus. Taste is mild tart up front followed by a fairly rich funky finish. Light and crisp body with nearly flat carbonation.
