Flaska från Ölbutikken i Köpenhamn, en 2007:a. Mörkt gyllenfärgad men ovanligt lite skum. Munkänslan är lite platt. Saknar kolsyra och den lite lite krva träigheten och syran. Istället rund, len, lätt sötma, snäll syra, syrliga äpplen, mycket trä och torr siderkaraktär. Fina smaker, bra balans men kanske i snällaste laget.

Bottle share at Mon Petit, Stuttgart. No head, low carbonation. Aroma is barnyard, leather, grapes. Taste is medium sour, rather dry. Notes o grapes, vinegar, lemon. Long, dry aftertaste. Loved it.

Bottle (from finest belgian beers). Pours dark golden-amber. Aroma is is funky, sour, bitter, some apricots. Flavor is sour and bitter, funky, fruits, apricots, oak, some acidity. Carbonation is flat. Finish is dry oaky and acidic. Overall: very good.

750ml bottle (thanks martjoobolut). Clear deep golden color. Almost no head. Acidic, sour, bit buttery, caramel, peaches in aroma. Apricots, sour, acidic, fruity, acidic and herbal and twiggy in taste. Twiggy, fruity and sour in aftertaste. Some rubber and dusty tobacco too. Very solid brew. I can drink it.

2012 Vintage, bottled August 2015. Tart aroma. Wet hay, funk and fruits. Little citrus too. Pours a golden orange ’morning urine’ colored body with little to no head. The taste is tart and bitter with notes of fruits. Some vinegar as well. Fruity sweet finish. Medium body, Watery to oily mouthfeel, little to no carbonation.
