All’olfatto note citriche, limone, acidità, formaggio, che riscontriamo al palato, con una acidità marcata, ancora citrico. Armonico ed equilibrato.
Was really looking forward to this as I needed the style tick but it did not come out well. Tasted off right away and basically somewhere between unsweetened juice and wine. Not sure if this is how it should be but not nice. Smells of Apple, bubble gum, cider and wild berry. Orangy pink. czlowiekmotyka (512) - Warsaw, POLAND - NOV 8, 2017

, Copenhagen - (2014 vintage) orange Amber pour with tiny bubbly head. Sour fruity with. It's of orchard fruit, horseblanket, dusty, medium to high acidity, bretty, vinegar, tart fruity finish.
Vynikající a velmi zajímavá zkušenost. Znalci lambiku ví. Skvělé po všech stránkách. Naprosto originální, nemám co víc napsat. mariuspoenari (2969) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - SEP 12, 2017
Clear amber pour. Completely still. Cantillon funk clearly identifiable: horse blanket, soft barnyard funk, overripe apples, with additional notes of honey, citrus, vinegar and brett. Smooth mouthfeel, medium body, no carbonation. A very nice unblended lambic, I am liking it more than I was expecting - I think I am starting to enjoy unblended lambic much more than I used to. zvsn (2301) - ISRAEL - AUG 29, 2017
