75 cL bottle, bought at DHVL. Pours hazy orange with a beautiful, huge and white head. Aroma is mild fruity and light brnyard. Light acidic note yet with a smooth wooden accent. Has some classic Cantillon notes, yet very mellowed. Flavour is rather fruity and mild acidic dry. Surprisingly smooth and with only minor classic Cantillon notes in the initial flavour. Dry wooden brettish finish with lasting fruity accent, slowly showing a bit more of the classic Cantillon notes. Very smooth and easy yet still Cantillon-ish, but smooth and fruity. Great blend. Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a huge lazing off-white head. The aroma is tart with notes of citrus, horseblanket, and gooseberries. The flavor is tart with notes of grapefruit, lemon, gooseberries, wood, and brettanomyces, leading to a tart acidic finish. Thanks a million yespr for bringing it home and sharing. joergen (28168) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 16, 2009

Bottled (thanks fonefan!!!!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is yeast, sour wood, some slight vanillaish notes. Flavour is quite wellbalanced sourness, wooden and mild notes of fruityness. Not that killing tartness/sourness. Easy to drink and quite mellow. omhper (25154) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 8, 2009
Bottled at PBF. Lightly hazy golden, almost no head. Lots of sweaty stale hops to go with the horseblanket and vinegar up front. Acidic and very dry of course, fresh and vital with notes of oak and lemon juice. Typical Cantillon beer. There is nothing here I don’t love. The complexity paired with the enormous refreshing qualities of gueuze. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 26, 2009
Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Very hazy golden with a tall, dense and creamy off-white head leaving laces. Dry, intense and tart Brett aroma. Medium body with a solid carbonation. Very classic Brett accents - but still young and almost mild and smooth, especially considering this being a Cantillon. First in the finish the astringent acidity comes creeping. Fresh and crisp. 150109 Travlr (24897) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JUN 7, 2010
750 ml bottle at DC Epic Sour Tasting 2010, courtesy of ygtbsm94 - thank you sir! Hazy golden color, white head, solid lacing. Aroma of apricot, peach, vanilla, sour dust. Taste is very sour, very dry, very dusty, very balanced, very citrusy, very nice. It has everything I like in a geuze, and I couldn’t ask for more. madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - MAY 7, 2012

Tasting at Mes and Sims flat. Another rare one - Cheers Guys! Clear gold beer. Dry crisp palate. Sour but reasonably mellow lemony lambic! Some faint apple. Very dry finish. Drinkable though! One of the more approachable of the breed.
