Bit of whale, not the finest Cantillon I've ever tasted but a fine, fine beer nontheless. Aroma is balanced funk and apricot the taste is that refined subtle funk (which the brewer is so well renowned for) with a suggestion of apricot

Bottle. Hazy apricot juice colour. Moderate dense head. Aroma: wild yeast, lemon juice, a bit acetic, straw. Light body. Taste: medium sour, fruity, acetic, some straw, barnyard. No apricots detected. Otherwise very good.

Good apricot notes, funky, cellar, golden with a thin white head, light body, fizzy, more sourness and apricot in the mouth....great work.

Great sour, lambic. Had at monks. I could imagine 15 years ago this would be an amazing experience but the good thing is there is a lot of access to some beers similar cheaper and easier to get a hold of

Difficile d'être mieux équilibrée et parfaite en terme de saveurs. Acidité hyper bien équilibrée, nuances absolument fantastiques d'abricots sous toutes les formes possible.

adamnowek (3710) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - JAN 5, 2018
UPDATED: JAN 5, 2018 Cloudy brass colour. Substantial head. Aroma is apricot jam. Taste is bold and sour with tangerine, peach, and apricot.

nihtila (4087) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 7, 2017
Cloudy amber. Nose is leather, tart, slightly burning sourness. Tastes sweetish sour, leather, vinous, grapes, jammy, slightly tangy, dry sour finish.

martjoobolut (5562) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - NOV 24, 2017
Bottle (from boxbeers). Pours hazy golden with whiteish head. The small head stays. Aroma is classic Cantillon funk, sour, fruity, sweet, somewhat floral. Flavor is sour, fruity, peaches, apricots, plums, citrus, soured pickles, funk, touch of bitterness. Overall: great, but I enjoyed the fresh (non refermented) version a lot more. Fresh one was a lot more fruit forward, than this.
