From a shared bottle at the brewery. Pours a hazy, dull gold color, with a small, bubbly head. Bright apricot aromas, with some leather, cardamom, flowers, and butterscotch. Sweet and fruity, with just a light tart flavor. Light body, acidic, crisp, and clean. This is a lovely lambic. Just enough fruit, without being overbearing. Delicious. beskid (313) - Baden-Württemberg, GERMANY - OCT 13, 2017
2017 edition on tap at Mon Petit Cafe, Stuttgart. Aroma is light sour, barnyard, apricot, gooseberry. Taste is sour at first, then sweeter with every sip, apricots come out and balance greatly the rest. Some light herbal-woody notes in the end. Pours a hazy orange yellow color. Notes of apricots, champagne vinegar, faint funk, yarn, and something green. samsomuk (202) - Bridgwater, Somerset, ENGLAND - SEP 24, 2017
Keg at Moor Beer Co, Bristol on Zwanze Day. Pours a hazy gold with slim white head. Aromas of funky farmhouse with plenty of apricot. On the taste it's tart yet incredibly fresh with gooseberry, lemon with more apricot. Light bodied, fine carbonation, dry & fruity finish. Presumably the 2017 batch, it was tasting great
