Bottle, thanks SinH4. Medium white head on an amber body. Citric, oranges, gum, funk, leather. Medium dry, a bit astringent, sour, medium bitter finish. Slick medium body with natural carbonation. Great, well balanced and extremely satisfying. RafaCalleja (13) - - MAR 13, 2018
UPDATED: MAR 14, 2018 Me pasa con las lambicas como con el flamenco; me doy cuenta de que es una maravilla pero no me llega a emocionar. coil (229) - Reading, Berkshire, ENGLAND - MAR 12, 2018
375ml corked bottle from beergonzo.co.uk. Golden colour with tiny white head. Big barnyard funk / horse blanket, big white wine vinegar, damp grains, crab apple funk, green apple peel, tart citrus, farmhouse, pink grapefruit peel, light blue cheese, musty white grape, minerality, gooseberry, tart pink grapefruit juice, overripe tart lemon funk. Classic. Bit less funk + vinegar than usual for the style but still super complex, probably a good beer to start with getting into lambic. mice (1149) - FINLAND - MAR 2, 2018

750ml bottle, 2017. Pours clear golden, nice white head stays. Aroma is sour, fruity, citrussy, bit earthy. Taste is vinegary, green raw apples, some bitterness. Acid in aftertaste, dry. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Very nice gueuze, complex and well balanced between acid, sourness and fruitiness. Cokemonkey11 (1161) - - FEB 11, 2018
On tap in Rome. Pale golden headed lambic. Scent is dense lambic ale. Pears. Taste is sharp, quite bitter Gueuze with some properties of rice grain or something umami. Finish is a tiny bit sticky. Very good. A bit light. A bit strange. langeveld12 (607) - NETHERLANDS - FEB 7, 2018
UPDATED: FEB 7, 2018 One of the best of the gueuzes around. High complexity and subtlety. Loads of fruits. High acidity, but it is softened by the oak. Very good. jesperhammer (5067) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 9, 2018
