Aroma: honey, flowers, some earthiness and mustiness
Appearance: slightly murky brown, small white head, little lacing
Flavor: lightness, light tartness/sourness, some grass, hay and barnyard, lite brown sugar
Palate: lite tartness with some fruit, slightly lactic aftertaste

Very nice gentle sour, grungy-funky aroma, some sweetness clearly there. Hazy gold, next to no head. Slightly bitter, flat, and lambicky in the mouth, missing any wheat influence, and a bit sweet. Strange phenolic or chlorophenolic aspects detract. Finish does have a pleasant drying barky bitterness, even some grassier aspects. Odd one, and supports my view that Cantillon is almost always far superior in bottle.

Nice mellow bread aroma. Taste is soft acidity, more bread dough, leather, esters. Palate is very nice.

Jar at the brewery. Maybe I got the name of this one wrong but this it the young lambic, the base for all the other beers. I wasn’t a big fan to be honest. Draught at Cantillon Brewery, Brussels. Golden with no head. The aroma has notes of yeasts, wood, vegetables, vinegar and some fruitiness. Sour flavor with notes of lemon, wood, some fruitiness, white wine, bitterish, lemon zest. Watery, slightly dry, light-bodied. A bit aggressive but nice.
