Barwa czerwona, obfita, rżowa piana, fajnie oblepia szkło. Aromat intensywny, kwaśny, wiśniowy, w tle stajnia i lekka skra.

750 mL bottle. 2008 bottle. Originally reviewed 9/1/2013. Light reddish body. Small white head. A few wisps. Nose has cherry and a ton of acidity. Little bit of hay. Some faint funk, but its there. Grain is strangely the first flavor. Then sour cherry. And I mean really sour cherry. Intense sourness of all kinds. Lactic and even some acetic acid. All other components are masked. Overly sour. Medium carbonation. Dry body. This is way too sour. Good otherwise.

2016 bottle; Aroma: just getting cherries with a hint of sourness; Appearance: dark red with fluffy pink head that dissipates after lots of fizzing; Taste: starts with tart cherries and ends with some sourness; slightly sweet; Palate: light bodied with long, cherry finish; Overall: very refreshing and enjoyable; would get again if not extremely expensive.

ASPETTO: color amarena quasi limpido, schiuma rosa, abbondante, fine e persistente.

Fles gekocht via The Beershop Online, uitgeschonken in Cantillon tasting glas. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
