Pours a beautiful bright, opaque cherry red color with a massive pink head that calms quickly. On the nose there are notes of tart cherry, yeasty funk, sourdough bread, a little bit of vinegar and stewed tomato. The palate is really smooth for such an obviously acidic beer. Finishes crisp and tart after opening with tart cherries and big bready sour notes. A little but plain, but beautifully executed. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours deep ruby with small white/reddish head that quickly disappears. Aroma has sour cherries, funk, dusty cellar, hay, grass, lemon, tart. Taste is lots of cherries, cherry tart, lemon, wet grass, grapefruit, little funk, little floral notes, medium/high carbonated.

Woody, cellar, cherry, funky notes, beautiful red with a good pink head, light body, quite fizzy, good sourness, then cherry and woody again, very intense but also easy to drink....very good.

Pite w browarze. Bardzo intensywne wiśnie. dobry balans między słodyczą, kwasowością i goryczką.

2015 bottle. Pours hazy red with small pink head. Aroma of cherries, cherry jam, berries, barnyard, with notes of vinegar. Taste is dry, medium sour, of fermented cherries, cherry jam, berry skins, light barnyard and leather. A bit sour finish with notes of ripe cherries and wood. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Very tasty and balanced kriek.

Nice beer, red colour and head, nice aroma, but again sour for me. I taste the cherry, but almost no sweetness, its not like boon mariage parfait, which is slightly sweet.
