This might be the best lambic that I have ever had, although I haven’t persused my past ratings to see how it stands. It has everything that makes a lambic a lambic -- the bacteria is forthright and assertive. The fruit is most definitely understated, a little too much so, but I still love this stuff. Challenging and rewarding all at once, I really need to try some more Cantillon stuff.
Pite z butelki 375. W aromacie bardzo mocna stajnia zmieszana z aromatem dojrzałych wiśni w smaku kwaśne wiśnie, typowe lambikowe nuty. Hopmaestro (1625) - Örebro, SWEDEN - JUN 21, 2017
Aroma is acidic cherries with lemon. Taste is up there, tart and rowdy with a cleansing sensation. Dry and rather bold in it’s acidy glory. Sour cherries take a choke hold on your taste buds, and when they let go, an almost lemony sourness swipes away any hesitations. homeini (256) - Warsaw, POLAND - JUN 17, 2017
Pite na miejscu w browarze. Świetny aromat dojrzałych wiśni pomieszany z stajnią. W smaku dojrzałe wiśnie, lambik i beczka. Wszystko pięknie się komponuje. Scrumpy369 (774) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUN 16, 2017
Bottle at the brewery. Red colour, small pink bubbles. Nose is fresh cherries. Taste is low bitterness low sourness. Very strog cherries. Lovely. Meggybefott. oberschlesier (46) - Kattowitz, UPPER SILESIA, - JUN 12, 2017
Pours pretty color, pale red/rose, with big head caused by high carbonation (only at the beggining).
Aroma isn’t very impressive, there is of course sour cherry flavor but there is unfortunately some oxidation note too (sweet, vinegary, musty?). Taste is very fine, beer is sour and sweet together. Maybe a little watery.

On keg at Mother’s Kelly, London, UK. It pours dark pink, with a small pinkish head that disappears quickly. Aroma is cherry, fruity, red berries, acidic, wood, notes of lemon. Taste is light sour, notes of cherry. Body is light, carbonation is average. Finish is acidic and fruity. Overall very good! ArtificialCyst (1140) - Szczecin, POLAND - JUN 1, 2017
Bottle from Elysium. Aroma: Lots of brett, sour cherries. Appearance: Dark pink body, low nice head. Taste: Astringent, tannic, medium-high sourness, bretts, cherries, really tasty. Palate: Medium carbonation, dry astringent finish, medium-low body. dinkle50 (1465) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 30, 2017
Clear red pour with a single finger, pinkish colored head. Really brilliant color. Nice to look at. Lots of carbonation. Aroma of cherries and a hint of hay and grass. Medium bodied with a very dry finish. Taste is full of cherries, hay, grass and slightly tart. Cherry skin creeps in as well. vincentvega72 (722) - Terneuzen, NETHERLANDS - MAY 24, 2017
Mooi robijnrood van kleur met babyroze schuimkraag die snel wegebt. Azijn, licht
vineus, aciditeit in het aroma. Zeer soepel en rond in de mond. Fruitig (kriek, kers, aardbei) met mooie subtiel zure finish. Absoluut meesterwerk dit bier.

Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels. Beautiful red with pinkish head. The aroma has notes of cherry, some yogurt, yeasts and socks. Sourish and sweet flavor with lots of cherry, funk, yeasts, dry. Soft carbonation, medium-bodied. Excellent.
