On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, pours a cloudy opaque dark pink with a big pink head. Aroma of potent cherries, moderate funk and a touch of sweetness. Flavour of potent juicy cherries, some barnyard funk coming through, and more juicy cherries. Super potent, with not really any sweetness. Beautiful palate, with a wonderfully potent cherry character. Even better than the regular Kriek. thewolf (12590) - Kolding, DENMARK - MAY 2, 2013

Draught @ Moeder Lambic St Gilles. The pour’s deep hazy red with a massive pink head. The nose is of sweet bakery bread, raspberry tart. Grape and mashed cherry. Honeyed fruit and fresh rain-swept field. Very inviting. The taste is pillowy sweet marshmallow spread. Delightfully vibrant sweet cherries. Only a hint of clean acidic tartness in the finish. It’s just a pleasure to drink such a simple, delicious set of flavors. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Overall, absolutely great. Scopey (14707) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 22, 2013
