UPDATED: APR 25, 2008 37.5 cL bottle, cheers Jeppe. Pours hazy maber/redish with a fizzy and quickly disappearing pink head. Acidic dry brett aroma with a tart fruit note. Dry woody flavour with a nice grape flavour and very wineous notes. Light acidic dry flavour following. Shivering citric dry finish. Lovely! UPDATED: APR 3, 2005 [Vintage 1999] The aroma is sweet and sour with notes of cherries and grapes. The color is an unclear deep red and it has a fine pink head though disappearing. The flavor is sour with strong grape notes and acid from the wild fermentation. It ends on a woody dryness. This beer has a lovely flavor. joergen (28772) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 30, 2005

UPDATED: MAY 12, 2005 Bottled. Deep red with aroma of red berries. Woody and vinous, and unusually sweet for a Cantillon. Still tart and complex with a citric acid finish with some bitterness, seemingly from the stones (or do you say seeds?) in the grape.
