Tap @ Pikkulintu. Poured ruby, amber with a thin head. Nice looking. Aroma has barnyard, light rhubarb, tart and woody notes. In the flavor you really notice the rhubarb, very tart, mouthdrying, funky and apple notes. fresh rhubarb in finish. glad I got to try this unique beer.

2012 bottle at the brewery. Very easy drinking, with medium-low sourness, only barely noticeable rhubarb. Rather crisp fresh citrusy fruitiness. Very good.

Fľaa Cantillon pivovar, Brusel. Mutna zlta farba, biela pena. Vona kyselkava, jemne citrusova. Chut kysla, citrusova, dochut jemne ovocna. Velmi osviezujuce.

Cantillon tasting at the Sovereign. Bottle into a wineglass showing moderately filtered dark orange with half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows funky and wild notes of barnyard and brett with very light rhubarb notes. The palate is moderately but smoothly carbonated and medium bodied. Moderately tart with flavors very light rhubarb in the background.

Hazy golden hue under a thin white foam cap. Great big earthy funky tart aroma with light strawberry and semisweet wild nuances. Very delightful but refrained flavor of strawberry and funky earthy tones and a light bit of tartness. Mild acidity and big funk and Belgian earthy blonde guezue tones.

Bottle - Zwanze 2012 (tried in 2014). Light orange in colour, slightly hazy, no head. Aroma of zest, funk, citric, not much rhubarb in my opinion, still very nice. Similar in taste, the beer is lightly sweet at first then solid acidity comes, the beer is very dry, funky and crisp. Medium body, moderate carbonation, finish is sour. Very nice but unfortunately no rhubarb anymore.
