Bottle shared at WoSF, 2013. It pours clear golden with a thick white head. The nose is strongly menthol notes, herbal, ice-tea, wheat, peach, nectarine, wood and earth. The taste is lemon, ice-tea, tart granny smith apple, hay, wood and home-made lemonade with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty unusual...smells rather minty. 750 ml corked and capped bottle courtesy of doodler poured a cloudy yellow with a small lingering off white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast, sour citrus and light spice. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a lightly tart finish. Flavors of wheat, yeast, citrus and white pepper with a smooth dry lightly tart lingering peppery finishj. Bottle shared at the 1st Israeli Sour Tasting. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of lots of barnyard, lots of fruits and a bit of leather. Sour funky flavor with some lemon and a bit of spiciness (some lemongrass) towards the finish. Medium-bodied. Good but not great.

Poured a clear golden color with a large frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate to heavy soft malt and wild yeast aroma. Medium to full body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy sour flavor with a medium to heavy sour & sweet finish of moderate to long duration. 750 mL bottle shared by Travlr at the Baltimore Late Late Summer Gathering, 9/14/13. Pours a hazy orange color with a thin fizzy off-white head. Fair head retention. Herbal, spicy, dusty, thyme, dry citrus, tropical fruits, mild dry funk. That’s the aroma, yo. The taste is wheat, tart dry citrus and tropical fruits, peppery notes, herbal notes, my olive in the very back end. Medium bodied, well balanced, lingering tartness. Excellent.
