Draught at Pikkulintu. Pours murky brown dark orange amber with minimum head. Notes of vinegar, sour, apples, very bitter at the beginning, floral. Taste is funky, bitter, sour. Kind of weird. Does not seem like an trippel.
Bottle thanks to Jeremy. Pours a light brown copper color with a large white head. A big funky toffee nose. Sour hay, more funky brett, bready, very yeasty, light citrus. Quite smooth, nice. Sledutah (7979) - Utah, USA - DEC 15, 2017

Slightly cloudy dark golden with a medium sized off-white head, light lacing. Aroma of grapes, straw and crackers. Flavor is fruity, bitter, grapefruit, dry and tart
A: Cloud gold with a thin white head. Light lacing.
N: Lots and lots of husks. Grapefruit juice and lemon zest. Crackers and mustiness. Touch of walnut. There are attic spaces and barrel aplenty.
T: Very funky and a bit tart. Bitter and a bit peppery. So much more of the attic spaces.
M: Light body, soft carbonation, no alcohol.

Bottle @ Cantillon. Hazy burnt golden pour with a frothy offwhite head. malty, fruity & funky nose with rustic bread, caramel, lemon, dried dark fruits, hay, cobweb & leather. Tiny sour, slightly bitter, slightly malty & funky taste. Dry, slightly tart & tiny astringent mouthfeel. Nice funk but doesn't quite manage to get all the components of the beer working together. Bottle shared at the brewery. Pours an opaque, yellow color, with a small, off-white head. Vanilla, oak, and booze on the nose. Notes of bitter roots, and licorice. Sweet and boozy, and surprisingly bitter. Medium to heavy body, with a thick, acidic, and warming mouthfeel. This was startling, in middle of all the lambics. Strong, bitter, strange, yet still pretty tasty.

Wenig karbonisierter Antrunk. Moderate Säure, brotig würzig. Mild herb, was in einer vinösen dunklen Getreidigkeit endet. Ledrig, die Säure wird einen Ticken stärker. Bottle shared at the brewery. Fantastic spicy dark beginning. Very deep and flavourful. Christmas spices together with dark malt and caramel. The sourness is low, fits in completely! September 14, 2013 - Zwanze Day at Bar Volo - on draught. Hazy peach-amber with a drool of bubbly off-white head, small lacing. Delicate aroma - sweet, melange of tart (green, yes) fruit, some alcohol. Taste is not delicate - tons of dry herbal bitterness, pushes the fruit back - it’s a bit lacto-sour rather than buggy ... not bad, a little out of kilter. 750ml bottle pours out a golden copper color topped with a small head. Nose is lemon citrus zest oak barrel sour funky notes. Taste is more of the nice citrus sour oak barrel some malt sweetness and leather.
