From an idea of the Ceci family, an unfiltered beer, unpasteurized and fermented in the bottle.

Saison is an high fermentation style of beer typical of Wallonia, the French-speaking region of Belgium.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS: For the recipe of this beer we chose a personal mixture of European malts, which allows the beer to have a full body and simultaneously to be highly drinkable. The characteristic of the hops melting pot, mainly because it releases decisive sensations clotted and fresh and, typical of the American hops we use. After bottling the second fermentation in the bottle follows, until the yeast has led to the maturation period, giving good froth and effervescence. The result is a natural sediment on the bottom of the bottle.

Bionda, carbonata, mediamente schiumosa. Non eccessivamente profumata; fruttata nel gusto con una controparte maltata discretamente intensa. Evitabile.

Yellow, persistent white froth. Decent fruit on the citrussy side. This would be a very good bayerisches Helles, but as an Ale itís too sweet and smooth. We had it after dinner at Bar Bar and missed some freshness to carry on drinking.

Golden color, white head, not so persistent. Aroma is cereals, honey, grape wort, some animal and fatty off-flavours. Taste is very sweet, too sweet since itís not balanced by enough bitterness, you can feel the cereals very well. Palate: medium body, light carbonation, quite dusty. I didít like it, unbalanced.

UPDATED: JUL 28, 2014 75 cl Camou bottle in Teku. Pours a small to medium white head, colour is an almost clear golden/orange. Quite deep and sharp nose, smells very fruity, yeasty, whesty, malty, spicy, peppery, slighlty funky. Taste is always very fruity, grape, malty, biscuity hoppy and clove. Almost soft carbonation, medium bodied, a bit more on the sweet side, but still has quite an amount of bitterness and a touch of sourness; bitter/sweet spicy long finish. You can definitely taste that Lambrusco yeast aftertaste, as in other Parma brewís. An "IPAish" Saison, syrupy and tasty, nice
