Bottle from the designer. Aroma of honey, oxidized nose (a bit old), ripe peaches and pears. Dark, cloudy, salmon-brown color. Sweet and biscuity, with honey and stewed peaches. Old, smooth, nice enough but probably better fresh.

8/11/11/10/5/11

Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a medium, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma and flavor are medium malt (bread, cookie), medium hops (floral, citrus), and fruity esters (apple/pear). Medium body, warmth, and carbonation with a dry finish.

750mL. Didn’t know this was for a TV show. Weird..... The pour is a hazy deep orange / gold with a healthy white head. Big sheety lace. Aroma is malty, oatmeal like Biere de Garde, lemon, cinnamon, yellow apples. Taste is malty, sweet, oatmeal, lightly spiced with a decent noble hop presence. Not bad.

75 cl bottle. Pours cloudy amber with an off-white medium rocky head that sticks quite well to the glass. Hoppy and fresh in the nose with a hint of citrus (curaçao?) and a little bit yeasty. The taste is slightly bitter, slightly sweet and you can taste the coriander in it with a hint of citrus and herbs. The carbonation is smooth and this beer has a short aftertaste. A good beer to drink as a starter.

Bottle, aged. Pours clear copperish. Sweet caramel taste, Didn’t notice the coriander nor the curacao. Pretty carbonated. decent.
