Fruity, spicy aroma, malt, dried fruit, caramel, earth.

3.2
Brandman (2963) - Helsinki, FINLAND - SEP 14, 2011
Redish golden body, white head. Aroma of really rough malt, vine and berries. Taste is mixture with sweet grainy malt, fresh bitter hops and some winey flavours. Some alcohol, but light and smooth mouthfeel.

Kestral (506) - Årnes, NORWAY - JUL 15, 2011
Bottle. A thin layer of bubbles lay shortly on top of a deep golden, leaning to amber, body. Aromas are mostly caramel and roasted malts, with a slight metallic skunk at first. This fades after a while though. Evident alcohol. Very straightforward. Rather sweet, this one, with a metallic finish. Light bodied, fizzy carbonation. Not their best.

OleR (4849) - Oslo, NORWAY - JAN 25, 2010
Bottle shared by GrOve. A layer of grey bubbles upon a slightly hazed, deep gold colored body. Phenolic aroma, burnt electric wire and pill-box. Notes of yellow fruits. Taste is sharpish fruity and bittersweet. Spicy, maybe floral, with some yeast tones. Medium body. Oily in the mouth. Softens on the finish.

Smallish white head. Pale coppery body. Fruity resiny aroma dominated by plasticy medical notes. Dryish herbal yeast taste with floral honey notes. Mid-to-thin body. Dryish mealy floral herbal aftertaste. Nice and drinkable. (0.33l bottle shared by gr0ve.)

Bottle, bought @ Cellar Vin, Barcelona.

Pours hazy pale orange with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma is sweet and grainy, maize, rather sweet. Soft, lightly high carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is very sweet, grainy, some caramel and a hint of liqourice. Far too sweet as the others, but this nears balance.

Wacher (129) - Århus C, DENMARK - JUL 28, 2006
Ripe fruit aroma. Slightly hazy golden color. Nice dry fruity crispy-sour flavor. I like it!

3.1
DenverLogan (1272) - North Bend, Washington, USA - MAY 14, 2006
Strong malt aroma. Apricot-amber color. Off white head. Significant carbonation, strong flavors but not a great balance, though tasty. Easily bigger than most Spanish brews in body and flavor. I imagine a strong Dos Equis, some wet cardboard, hay-grass, honey dew melon rind. Crisp and filling. This is from the Brasserie Artisanale des Alberes in Barcelona, but is actually "Brassee Et Embouteillee" - contract brewed in France. Available in 33 ml bottles and unique pop-top bottles. A respectable effort at craft brewing.
