COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An american pale ale hopped with Columbus & Cascade. Careful amounts of caramel malt gives it a nice balanced maltiness. Pale ales are best known for pairing with seafood of all types, especially fried seafood or heavily spiced seafood, but this one is also a great thirst quencher or a beer to satisfy your hop cravings.

Pours hazy amber with thick, tall off-white head. Aroma of hops, pine, grapefruit, blood grape, light caramel. Taste is surprisingly bitter yet not overly so and with a good malty backbone to balance it. Body is light to medium and creamy. Lingering bitter finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 18 June 2013) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with orange peel, treacle toffee, crisp-bread and caramel. Malty, fruity taste with notes of orange, apricots, caramel, hints of rye and a certain spicy, citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and highly drinkable. Nice one.

33 cl bottle @ private beer tasting. Pours unclear amber with a medium light brown head that leaves a nice lacing. Fresh hoppy aroma of grapefruit and citrus. Flavour of grapefruit, citrus, pine and some tropical notes. This one is very well balanced with a clean mothfeel. Nice one.
