COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An american pale ale hopped with Columbus & Cascade. Careful amounts of caramel malt gives it a nice balanced maltiness. Pale ales are best known for pairing with seafood of all types, especially fried seafood or heavily spiced seafood, but this one is also a great thirst quencher or a beer to satisfy your hop cravings.

Bottle at Tröls. It lacked finesse, dominated by tired malts. Unimpressed..

Ungstrup (39104) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAY 8, 2014
Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spicy hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of water, malt, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty and slight fruity. Bitter, toasted and light breadish. Smooth fruity into the finish.

Expectations were high but honestly said this had nothing else to offer than some hops and a nice balanced carbo. Quite an aroma- und tastless beer with a smooth and easy going ending. Average.

Bottle from trade with Cunningham - thank you, Henrik! The beer pours out in light hazy golden colour with low airy head and crisp body. Aroma of fresh hops and herbs. Taste of fresh, yet quite mild hops, grass, citrus, mild spruce aromas and mild spices. Easy and smooth drinkable.

Den här är väl ganska typisk swe småbrygg. Lättsam och trevlig på många sätt, men ändå en bit kvar till toppen. Saknar lite fruktighet.

Bottle. Clear amber body, low white head. Wea aroma of caramel, pine, flowers. Sweet caramel taste with citrus fruits, pine, biscuit. Thin watery body, and a tad too sweet. Malty aftertaste.

Tap (0lhus Stockholm)
Pale gold, small head. Cheap floral honey aroma, but ain’t so bad. Pleasant grainy body, husks, some earthiness. Initially a bit harsh and acrid, but as I drink it I warm to it ever so slightly. Finish very dry, biting and peppery. Next to the Mikkeller shit, this is more like pilsner than that one. Still a sub-par brew. Totally wiped the Suomenlinna smile off my face.
