COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An american pale ale hopped with Columbus & Cascade. Careful amounts of caramel malt gives it a nice balanced maltiness. Pale ales are best known for pairing with seafood of all types, especially fried seafood or heavily spiced seafood, but this one is also a great thirst quencher or a beer to satisfy your hop cravings.

laiti (8536) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 3, 2014
Draught @ Ølhus Stockholm. Weird aroma with some fruity maltiness and grapefruit. Flavour has glue, heavy malty tones, some fruits and baking stuff. Too heavy and not very refreshing. Some metallic tones after few sips.

0.33l bottle. Super crystal clear this one! Not even a micro particle visible here and it’s kinda dark almost woody golden in the glass with a medium sized light lacing off-white head. Quite piney/birch infused on the nose this APA. Some bitter citrus zest with a good strong malty caramel sweetness and even a bit of alcohol. It smells much more like a powerful IPA than a APA. Well, it’s definitely no IPA on the taste. Light oily, gentle in the mouth with a just below average carbonation level. It’s quite sweet in the taste. Lots of caramel sweetness here, but a gentle mild hoppy bitterness balances the sweetness in a nice way. Light Nutella nutty as well and it end soft grassy. I guess you’re can say that it mellowed down and normalized itself a bit compared to the aroma. Still, it’s a nice light sweet APA. At least in the taste. 01.11.2013

330ml bottle. Amber body with a white medium head. Quite a nice fruity pale ale, but the hops felt a bit tired.

rosenbergh (12021) - Tampere, FINLAND - FEB 22, 2014
Draught at the Stone's, Helsinki, Finland Cloudy orangey amber colour with a small white head. The aroma is sweet tropical fruits, mild bitterness and sweetish maltiness. Quite nice. The flavour is rather simple with grapefruity and resiny hops, quite strong bitterness and some fruitiness. Thinnish. The fruitiness disappears and the bitterness stays...

Bottle at home. Pours a clear, dark amber colour with a medium, off-white head. Has a fruity and sweet aroma of apricot, grapefruit, caramel, pine, fruity and grassy hops, hints of citrus and flowers. A little dry in the end. More hops in the flavour with an earthy and woody touch. Still some citrus in the end. Slick mouth feel, and a medium bitterness. A light, fresh and fruity ale. Nice aroma and is well-balanced.
