Draft @ Cape Ann. Bright gold unfiltered color. Last head retention. The aroma is grain, Saaz or grassy type hop with a nice honey that coats the nose and flavor.Cybercat (6334) - Georgia, USA - JUN 30, 2014
This is a finely made pilsner. Pale grain base body with the honey well integrated I to the flavor. Subtle sweetness that coats the tongue. The carbonation is lovely enough to not make the honey to thick or syrupy. Light hop in there to help balance it all out. Jeez, if I could brew something like this at home I would drink it all summer long. And that is what you can do with this brew. Crazy easy to drink if you want to drink two or ten of them.
Pours a clear golden yellow with a fairly thick white head. Aroma is crisp, malty and fruity, typical of a pils but still inviting. Crisp flavor has notes of pear and malt, typical but still pleasing g and refreshing. Texture is fairly firm and fizzy, leaving a note of evergreen hops and a rather persistent tingle. Fish for it if you’re a Pilsner fan. beerbill (3619) - Laurel, New York, USA - MAY 6, 2013
On draught at the brewpub back in January. Arrived a hazy pale gold with a white head that left partial lace. Mild aroma of honey. The flavor is fresh bread along with some light honey. Nice crisp finish. Solid. thornecb (6149) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - OCT 24, 2012
Pours pale gold into a shaker. Bright white head with little retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Mild caramel upfront turning sour in the medium length earthy bitter finish. blipp (9899) - La Mesa, California, USA - APR 29, 2012
Draft. Pours golden orange with a white head. Light sweet honey, grain, some husky straw, and light flowery notes. Pretty good.
