Enjoyed this brew recently on tap while on vacation on the cape. It was better than expected. Nice balance, malty but with a slight bite with a fragrant nose and medium color. Nice brew!

Dear pour copper red. Nose all sweet malt Some toffee. Taste sweet malt up front and even more sweet mid palate. Very light bitter finish. Pretty easy sinking after all day on the boat. 50belair (3701) - Florida, USA - JUL 18, 2014

Draft at Cooke’s seafood on vacation. Pour has a mostly brown color with a bit of red highlights. Aroma has malts, light hops, and light bitterness. Mouth feel is medium light with good carbonation. Flavor is typical red malt, decent dose of hops, and a clean finish with light bitterness. LilBeerDoctor (4236) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 12, 2013
Growler. Pours a clear brown with a thin tan head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, toffee, light roasted nuts. Flavor of rich caramel malt, roasted malt, roasted nuts, light charred malt, bitter earthy hops. Overall a roasted, malty red ale with a nice full body.

Gravity @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.
Clear medium amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, nutty, caramel, light roasted, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, light grapefruit. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
Cask at GBBF 2012, London. Pours clear amber with a weak, white foam head. Crisp, dry caramel nose. Light to medium sweet flavor with grapes and light toffee. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly piney to finish, faintly resinous, with light caramel and ripe citrus. Yeah, it’s alright.
