This a crap double. Aroma a metal, pours a pale hazy yellow. The taste is like a hyped up Piels. I doubt even Harry would like this

Bottle from Secret Santa. Pours turbid and bright golden with 2-finger, white head. Nose is juicy hops, pineapple, grapefruit, melon. Tastes juicy, hoppy, fruity, with big notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple. Delicious juicy and bitter finish. I wish I could get this by the case.

aroma is mostly pine hops with a earthy and faintly fruity malt way in the back..cloudy yellow amber appearance with pure white head that leaves good lacing..taste of grapefruit.other citrus and pine along with a sweet fruity quality some spice too not unlike a saison ina good way..light tingly and smooth on the palate..overall,nitpick if you want I like this its a major hop bomb while having the balance to make it work very refreshing

Appearance- Very hazy honey color, actually it looks just like some unfiltered light honey. not much head or lacing. Aroma- Slight pine hop scent, doesn’t have much smell at all really. Flavor- Bitter pine and citrus, pretty carbonated. Some malt and a buttery taste and mouth feel.

SONOFWODEN (56) - New York, USA - SEP 10, 2016
North End American Grill in North Wildwood, NJ. This was my first Imperial IPA and I enjoyed it so much I steered my family back to the North End for dinner a few nights later just so I could have another. It has all the aroma and taste that I would imagine a "double IPA" should have -- but -- is very smooth drinking without the bitterness. And, the name is cool.

Poured pale gold from bottle. Citrus forward including pineapple and grapefruit. Ok.

italianjohn (3108) - Penndel, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 29, 2016
Almost clear golden pour with a small, white head and decent lacing... Aroma of citrus grapefruit/orange, piney, with some tropical fruits..... Taste of caramel/biscuit malts, orange, citrus, pine, grapefruit and a decent dry hop on the back end .... finishes with a nice bitter dry hopped bite and lingering pine and grapefruit .... sessionable and the abv is hidden well not a bad offering

egajdzis (6501) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 22, 2016
Golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, floral, some tropical fruits. Taste of biscuit, orange, citrus, pine, grapefruit. Infinitely better than the last time I had Cape May.

Tap at brewery. Clear gold white head. Citrus and pine in nose. Resinous malt profile with citrus hoppy flavor.
