From the tap poured a straw color with a good amount of head. Light tart flavor with a lingering finish. jcartamdg (3539) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 4, 2015
Pours a light hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of wheat, lacto and lemon juice. Taste is sour, bready wheat and lemon juice. Pretty sour for a base, in a good way. I’d love to try fruit treatments of this. Jayb0 (1227) - Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA - JUL 28, 2015
Very nice, crisp, fresh and refreshing. Nice sourness without being overtly tart. Love to see more people making these flavorful low ABV beers. More Berliners and Gose beers please! odinstyr (807) - Hamilton, New Jersey, USA - JUL 9, 2015
Pours a hazy gold with a small white head. Smell is sour yeast, yogurt. Taste is sour and tart. GreatDane1632 (1177) - North Dakota, USA - JUL 3, 2015
Received as a baby growler thanks to dmac! Poured into a pint glass -- it’s a cloudy yellow with a yogurt funk-ish aroma. Flavor is initial tingle on the taste buds followed by a simple malt base and citrus, tart, pucker. The finish is clean and smooth. I crushed this growler because it is soooo good. Great beer. Drink it.

This poured a hazy straw yellow with a white head. Aroma was of cracked wheat, lemon jucie, and light musty character. Flavor was a very nice balance of bright wheat beer and refreshing acidity. What a true Berliner should be. Art (3220) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 18, 2015
Growler shared thanks to beerman6686. Pours a murky pale yellow with a white head. Aromas of lemon, grain, wet cereal. Pretty standard Berliner here. Nothing to complain about. Some may say it isn’t sour enough but I’d say it’s probably truer to style than some of those really sour Berliners. Light sourness with a light grainy aftertaste. Wish it wasn’t 0 degrees while drinking this. dmac (6646) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - SEP 26, 2014
Draft at the battleship tasting and then some more direct from the brewery. Poured a pale straw yellow with a small fizzy white head. Aroma is tart, lots of lemon, some acididty, touch of vinegar. Acidic palate with a slight burn, medium mouthfeel and a long lingering tartness. Flavor of tart lemons, acidic, some grains and wheat bread. This is a solid beer. keanex (1801) - Atco, New Jersey, USA - SEP 14, 2014

Appearance: Mildly hazy golden body with a quickly dissipating white head.
Aroma: Light tart apple with a hint of lemon.
Taste: Lightly tart lemonade, refreshing.
Palate: Crisp and refreshing.
Overall: Decent rendition of the style. Very drinkable and the ABV is spot on.
Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Tart lemony base, lighter wheaty notes, mils acidity, and some faint sweetness. Nice.
