12 fl oz bottle, courtesy of CaptainCougar. Pours hazy to murky brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is solid malty, overripe fruity to wineous. Bitter and slight fruity, light hoppy flavoured. Smooth overripe fruity impression throughout. Dry and fruity lingering finish.

An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with lots of caramel, but also some straw. The flavor is sweet malty eith notes fo caramel and straw, as well as light notes of alcohol.

Cloudy brown beer. little tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry. Creamy malt with a dark toffee. Mild and well integrated aniseed alcohol in the smooth finish. A touch more hop would have been good but a nice beer.

A murky mahogany colored pour with an off-white head. Sweet caramel, brown sugar, and toffee. Some sweet apple cider, toasted malt, and a hint of alcohol. The flavor is quite sweet, but not cloying. Lots of caramel, toffee, and brown sugar. A bit of raisin, some apple cider, and toasted bread. Very mild alcohol notes on the finish.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured clear copper with an average head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate floral hop aroma with a small alcohol tone. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration. Eisbock’s are always interesting to sample.
