This is the first trial of a Cream Ale that has an infusion of hops added to it in the lagering stage. We are trying to create a beer where the aroma and flavor are very hop forward, yet the finish remains smooth and non-bitter.

Pours a nice mid-gold with some cloudiness with a fine bubble head with a slow fade to lacing. Aroma was of fruity, floral hops with a malt sweetness in the background. Taste has a mid-hop, floral bitterness throughout with a malt and grain backbone. Palate was decent. Overall, a decent cream ale, although in some ways it tastes more like a pilsner.

JPDIPSO (6286) - Wauwatosa, USA - NOV 30, 2016
Sweet aromas with floral hops, caramel and some apricots. Light golden color with a modest, white head. Light sweet start with pale and slightly earthy malt. Mild sweet light fruit in the middle. Some citrus in the finish and into the linger to clear the palate and keep it light. 6/11

Bottle... Pours clear and peach-colored with a small white head. The aroma is reminiscent of Nestlé Nestea - black tea and lemon - with a smidge of tea biscuit. Light-bodied with modest carbonation. The flavor is refreshing, grainy and balanced nicely. There are notes of black tea, honey and biscuit here. Crisp, dry finish. Inoffensive. Cleanly-brewed, but boring. Bottle courtesy of Bvery!

Had this beer in a bottle from ABC in Orlando. Nice hop flavor with a creamy ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Scipio (1217) - Palatine, Illinois, USA - MAY 20, 2014
Pours a darker, hazy golden, with a thin white head. The aroma consists of grassy hops, yeast, bread, and cereal. The taste is rather bland. It has plenty of breadiness, bits floral and grassy hops, and a bit of apple fruitiness. Aftertaste is lacking, although I guess you could classify it as bready and short. Medium bodied and in texture, and about average in carbonation. This one doesn’t have anything exciting at all going for it. Very generic.

TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 22, 2014
Kind of a weird combination of flavors in this one. A little hop aroma on the nose with some sweetness. On the palate there is a bit of pine, and some cream flavors as well. They contradict and make this interesting but just a bit weird for me.

12 oz bottle pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain, and pine. Taste is caramel and grain.

Tasted from bottle. Pours a hazy gold with white head. Aroma is grains, sweet and perfume. Taste is sweet, grains, a little spice, yeast with minimal bitterness. Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. Pretty good tasting sessionable beer. Overall above average cream ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Eh, hop aroma is there and it is nice, but the taste is just not there. A mildly sweet ale that has a weird aftertaste. Bought from total wine and more in Viera, FL.

Finhead (1815) - OFallon, Illinois, USA - OCT 29, 2013
Hazy, yellow-orange pour with a white head. The aroma has lemon citrus with light corn. It has a light body with crisp texture and average carbonation. The taste is mildly sweet with an easy, slightly dry finish.

Fritz123 (1597) - Boca Raton, Florida, USA - OCT 12, 2013
Bottle from Total Wine in Boca Raton. Poured into tulip at home. Sort of a hazy golden yellow with one finger white head. Head gone in 30 seconds and very little lacing. Aroma of cereal, light pine, and other grains. The taste was mild with cereal, wheat bread, pine, and a malty creaminess. Refreshing and light. Smooth mouth, creamy finish. Not bad.
