A bock beer with a beautiful, deep golden hue. Very smooth, this beer has great depth of character, and is an excellent beer to celebrate the end of winter and beginning of spring. Available February through April.

Draft at the source. Clear orange yellow color. Aroma of orange peel and raw bread. Taste is very sweet orange. Doesn’t resemble a maibock.

Bottle share at Evernote in Redwood City, CA. Malt, honey and apple juice on the nose... an especially refreshing mix of malt and earthy apple flavors.

Very Flavorful, slight bitterness at end. Floral. I am new to many beers, but theis may be a new favorite. Color is a pale gold. Beer is ever so slightly heavy, but it adds to the rich flavor of the beer

BeerInHeaven (479) - Brillion, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 7, 2015
pours a clear deep gold to light amber with a medium off white head. aroma is malt, hay, grass. good malt character. semi sweet with just a whisper of hop bitter. fairly crisp, not syrupy like many bocks. Pretty quick somewhat dry finish. Good beer.

robobeerbelly (78) - Wisconsin, USA - FEB 17, 2015
aroma is almost non existent. flavor is very good with very little after taste. this is a good beer for flavor but falls short on all other categories.

Dark bronze/gold. Medium head. Hazy. Nice bold body. Strong malt presence. Well done beer. I wish I could get these in Missouri.

(Backlog) Bottle of fantasy tasting at Paul’s. Golden pour with white head. Light malt, and sweetness, with a touch of spice tones, ugh.

Draft at Capital Brewery. Pours fairly clear amber. Decent off white head. Aroma and taste is grain and caramel. Okay.

Chudwick (3363) - Taylor Mill, Kentucky, USA - APR 27, 2014
12oz bottle - nose is caramel and floral. sweet. Easy to drink and smooth. I like the brewery and wanted to try more of their beers. weak style but well represented.

TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 22, 2014
A very nice springtime beer. Some hops on nose, citrus, but also toasty bread. Flavors of bread, barley, and a little caramel on the palate. Finishes clean with a nice little bit of hop character.
