I have no comments on capital brewery capital mutiny. Good but not a favorite.

Pours a clear light orange with lasting head and great lacing. Aroma is sweet citrus with orange zest, earthy, with floral hops. Taste is laid back, light, crisp up front into a mild hop burn, settling on a great caramel and bready malt aftertaste. Finishes dry in the palate. I haven’t been too impressed with Capital’s brews in the past, but this is very underrated. It’s greatest strength is how laid back it is. Braudog (6763) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - JUL 8, 2013
Draft at the brewery beer garden, and at the University Terrace ... several pitchers worth for July 4th. Dark bronze, frothy head. Drinks with a solid malt base and a rich mouthfeel. Topped with genuinely good earthy and piney hoppiness. (#5136, 7/4/2013) HopScripts (28) - Appleton, Wisconsin, USA - APR 2, 2013
Overall, very solid and well balanced beer. Taste was just a little too simple and straight forward. The citrus smell and bitter taste came through, but the flavor was fairly one note. This would make a wonderful food pairing beer. Good beer, but it needed something more to be a great beer. madvike (3271) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 5, 2013
Bottle - Pours clear amber with a big fluffy white head and beautiful lacing. Nose is clean dry malt, light peppery spicing, and a piney hop aroma. Taste is medium bready-sweet malt, more dry pepperiness, and a understated pine/grass hoppiness. Soft, clean body and well-carbonated. Now I’m no Capital fanboy--far from it--but I’m baffled at the low scores on this one so far. It’s soft up until the finish, well-balanced, and fairly clean and dry. There’s nothing in-your-face about it, but honestly that’s probably my favorite thing about it. I went in with low expectations--especially after hating their new DIPA--and was pleasantly surprised.

Bottle from beerboxer. Pours light amber gold with a creamy white head. Aroma seems earthy. Med body. Foamy carb. Flavor seems very hoppy, but it’s earthy hop. Mild hop burn. It’s sort of chewy. Malt backbone exists, but it’s not exactly caramel. Lots of bitter on the tongue sides. Personally, I think this ale deserves a higher rating than it has garnered. It’s laid back, but there seems to be lots of ingredients - not a cheaply brewed ale. Finishes dry, bitter and satisfying - hop wise. Cousin_Larry (895) - - FEB 7, 2015

Pours a hazy orange with a thin head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of hops, bread, pine. For an IPA this one is pretty smooth with a crisp citrus flavor. This is my first sampling from Capital Brewery and I think its pretty good, I am curious to try their lager now. jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - OCT 22, 2013
Bottle at a friends tasting. From notes. Floral and pine with a huge citrus nose and taste. Probably one of the better capital beers I’ve had. BeerInHeaven (456) - Brillion, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 20, 2013
deep hazy gold with a lacy medium beige head. Aroma is malt, hops, grass. taste is full and hoppy. finish is hops and a nice nasal linger. Good beer!
