Golden ale, with the characteristic flavor of malts, floral hops and citrus, with an average bitterness. Excellent representative of the Californian Pale ale.

On bottle from Unimarc, Santiago. Pale golden color, good foam- yeast sediments. Good fruitiness, citrus, some hops and yeast influence. Some bitterness, ok balance. Pretty good beer

This beer isn’t a great pale ale. However, it is a very enjoyable beer. It has many attributes of a really soft summer ale, a lager, and a wheat beer. It possesses refreshing citrus flavours and a creamy feel. It isn’t very complex however, and while it is worth trying and a good alternative to macros, I prefer hoppier stronger beers.

Tried back in May at the Backstage bar in Chile. Pale yellow body with short but lasting head. Lemon on the taste that is not too bitter and a touch of cloves.

Bottle conditioned, a slightly hazy gold with a large foamy white head. Very spicy yeast aroma, akin to ginger beer. A flavour full of yeast and citrus hops, moderately dry and crisp.

(bottle, supermarket) The first thing that got my attention from this beer was its pleasant fruity aroma, which reminded me of pinneaples and lemons. White consistent head, soft carbonation. Flavor is malty, with citric notes and light sweetness. Averall it’s an ok micro beer, but I expected more body, a little more of bitterness.

(in bottle, pub in Chile). Wow. What a great surprise did I get with this beer. Medium bitternes, a great palate and exquisite, malty flavor. A great Ale, trying to show himself as a Greater Lager, of the no stringy, no watered down alcohol (Just look at the color in the pictures). One of my favorites.

Appearance: blond-amber turbid. White head, with medium permanency and creamy. Aroma: semi-toasted malts, intensive in hop, citric-sweet fruits like of ripe pineapple. Flavor: medium dryness-hoppyness, citric-fruty touches and presence of the yeast. The dryness and acidity remember the grapefruit and the skin orange. Good finish. Palate: medium body of slightly viscous texture. Medium Carbonation. Advisable handcrafted chilean beer. (sorry for my english)

UPDATED: MAR 14, 2007 (in bottle, supermarket in Chile). Has an aroma to citrus fruits and metals (oxide). Though the hop is obvious. The color is the yellow luminous one, transparently enough, liquidates something. The flavor is light, maybe too much. The body is light, regular and acid rather.
