Bold malt, round and nutty and just graced with a brath of bitterness. Yum. TAR (2802) - Blue Ridge Mountains, North Carolina, USA - JUN 22, 2002
Spices and toasted malt aroma. One of the best aromas a lager can have. Very clean. Crystal clear amber liquid beneath a dense and creamy head. Fluffy, creamy, yet crisp, mouthfeel. Very appetizing. Spiciness and english hops are very evident in the flavor. Sweet malt combines with a touch of hops. Balanced and extremely drinkable. This just rolled off the shelf with extreme freshness. Nice tall foamy tan head.Light amber color.Malty sweet aroma very hoppy.nice malt taste the hops really shine through on this one. Some what spicy, very nice hop after taste that seems to last for a long time.No wonder people are tripping over each other to get beer from this brewery they make a damn fine brew that is highly drinkable. Slightly sour aroma and flavor balanced by mild hop bitterness. Perfect Vienna. I love Capital Brewery beers. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 22, 2014
Basically, a perfect amber lager. Done the way it should be. Nice roasty character, but balance by some pine notes on the finish. Very clean, easy drinking.

Bottle. Very fragrant. Crisp hops cut through at first, with a bitter taste, but it smooths out nicely and finishes with a roasted caramel flavor. Aftertaste is a bit dry, but overall a nice amber lager.
