From notes. It was a warm day, I had biked there, I wanted something summery, I expected this to be better than it was. musinj6 (510) - Dedham, Massachusetts, USA - MAR 30, 2015
Pours clear golden with one finger head with moderate lacing. Mildly sweet with mild bitterness. Hint of fruitiness in the nose. Crisp finish. Not bad dukeandduke (272) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 12, 2015
3/10/15 Draft (Capitol City Brewing Co. DC) - Light blonde colour and carbonation. Minimal aroma. Taste of grassy hops, not very strong in terms of texture or feel. Mild carbonation. Grab it when you want something very light. ads135 (5021) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - MAY 27, 2014
Bland and watery. Lots of straw, some very mild citrus. Tried this at the DC beerfest with Jess, Mark, and Matt in 2014. Nero55 (944) - Nevada, USA - MAY 4, 2014
Draft. Golden with small white head. Aroma of corn, sweetness, and DMS. Light body with some sweetness, grain, and a light bitter finish. Sweeter than your typical Kolsch.

Draft at the source. Clear golden yellow color, medium whitebhead. Aroma of hay, light apple. Taste is bitter straw. Light body. More boring than your average koelsch. mzaar (3642) - Varberg, SWEDEN - OCT 26, 2013
På fat. Ljusgul med vitt skum. Väldigt svaga dofter av gräs och lime. Tråkig och vattning smak med gräs, vitt bröd och viss maltsötma. Kolsyrig munkänsla. chriso (21656) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 24, 2013
On tap at Capitol City, Downtown location in July 2006. Pale straw colour. Not too much to it but clean and crisp. Refreshing on the palate. Just a slight, gentle underlying hop bite. I’m not often a big fan of these brewpub Kolsch efforts but this one hit the mark well enough.
