Great Great IPA! This extreme hoppy IPA tastes like a fresh spring day! Smooth going down, great head, and tremendously satisfying aftertaste! Canít get enough of it! georgekappus (296) - Brookfield, Connecticut, USA - FEB 25, 2007
The initial aroma of hops is not overwhelming but pleasantly strong. In the first sip the hops assault the rear taste buds. The flavor is quite hoppy and smooth. A very nice version of a Double IPA, both on tap and in the growler. thefle (167) - , New Jersey, USA - APR 1, 2009
growler from the brewery. YES PLEASE. this beer is ill. one of the best IPAís iíve ever had. I took the trip to the brewery just to get a growler of this to take home. Its amazing, any time you see this beer get it Adam77 (457) - Eastampton, New Jersey, USA - APR 30, 2009
Tap. Poured amber with a white head. Aroma of pine and citrus. Lots of orange and lemon flavor with a hint of pine. So good. corby112 (2804) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 1, 2009
This was bottled about two weeks ago so it should be as fresh as can be.
Pours a clear pale golden orange color with golden yellow hues when held to a light source and a bit of visible carbonation bubbling up. 1.5 finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a lasting cap that leaves minimal chunks of soapy lacing in itís wake.
Super fresh citrus floral hop aroma with a nice subtle malt backbone. The aroma is bursting with dank hops, resinous hop oil, citrus fruit notes and a slight pine presence. Iím drooling.
Smooth clean crisp mouthfeel with a perfect balance of bitterness from the hops, sweet citrus notes, caramel malt backbone and dry piny finish. This is so tasty and refreshing that I have to stop myself from gulping it down too fast. Insanely drinkable with the ABV extremely well masked.
Resinous oily citrus/floral hops are mouth watering with a perfect caramel malt backbone with a slight biscuit presence. Citrus notes of lemon peel and grapefruit provide a great balance to the bitterness of the hops. This beer is amazing, one of the best IIPAs Iíve ever had.

Rating 1500! Bottle purchased at Half Time in Poughkeepsie. Awesome place, wish I had more time to wander around it.
Pours a bright coppery color with a large white foamy head. Head recedes to a small film with heavy lacing gripping the sides of the glass. Spaced out bubbles meander upwards. Nose is grassy and fruity with a light stickiness apparent also some apricots and such. Palate is nice and full, pleasant on in the mouth, sticky, chewy, stingy in the end with a filmy coating. Flavors are fruity up front, kind of like fruit stripes gum, with some more apricots and nectarines and a nice big bitter finish and a coated mouth. Duhast500 (414) - Cumberland, Rhode Island, USA - FEB 3, 2010
Poured from a 22oz. bottle into a stemmed glass.
The color is a clear orange/gold with quite a large amount of foamy head and some really nice lacing.
The smell is heavy green hops. Earthy hops just right up front with a grassy flavor that takes me back to those summer days of cutting the grass.
The taste is very hop forward. The citrus hops is right there hitting you with both barrels. There is a sweet malt flavors just behind the hops and everything is amped up to eleven.
The feel is quite easy once the hops gives way to the even feel of this beer. It is just about as good as you can get with a IPA in stereo. basspro76 (426) - New York, USA - APR 3, 2010
Aroma is heavy on grapefruit with a hint of other citrusy fruits. Taste is more of the same with grapefruit as the predominate flavor with a little bit of orange also coming through. Finish is dry and crisp, with a lasting aftertaste. kbutler1 (1381) - North Carolina, USA - JUN 3, 2010
Compliments of FBM, thanks buddy!
Interesting bottle, havenít seen one shaped like this before. Bottle says it is made with 5 different hop varieties and is the ultimate hop loverís dream!
Ok, here we go: Aggressive pour yielded a beautiful full, fluffy white head. Color is golden orange/yellow. Definitely smell the floral hops in this one. Whoa! They werenít kidding about the hops. Smells pine with a touch of citrus/grapefruit. I will say it is very well balanced between the bitter of the hops and the sweetness of the malt. Mouthfeel is medium. Alcohol flavor is really smooth and well hidden. Extremely drinkable.

Bottle. Moderate malt and hop aromas of roasted, caramel and grapefruit, light leather for the yeast, with hints of date and pepper. Head is average size, frothy, white with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is clear golden orange. Flavor starts moderately sweet and acidic, and the moderately long finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic and bitter and a touch salty. Palate is medium, oily and has a lively carbonation. Nice tangy hops and complex flavors makes this one of the best DIPAs Iíve had.
