COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a beer that will make you rethink your definition of beer. It doesn’t taste like any beer you’ve ever had, yet it doesn’t taste like anything else either. Pushing the limits of brewing is what makes this job so much fun. Malted barley, wild yeast, hand picked Muscat Grapes, and French oak wine barrels are just a few of the things that went into crafting this beer. Breathe deep, take a long sip, and enjoy the creation in your hand.

Light white small head fades to nothing quickly... Aroma is quite tart, light funk, lightly winey... Fairly lively medium body, bone dry... Fairly sour some light white wine notes... Lightly oaky, fairly complex, dryness makes the flavor stick... Funky aroma, not much in the flavor.... Very very good.. Grape/winey flavor add a lot of complexity....

Sampler at Malted Barley. Pours golden with a white head. Leaves trace lacing in the glass. Notes of white wine, wood, and Brett on the nose and tongue. Finished clean. As others have noted this is seriously crushable which kind of sucks considering how expensive it is.

Draught @ Roasthouse, Frederick, MD. Pours hazy pale straw with airy white head. Clear, vinous aroma with notes of yeast and malty touches. Dusty, rough and spicy onset, giving way to vinous notes and touches of hops. Lingering, dry aftertaste with notes of cloves and yeast. Very good.

750ml bottle. Clear gold pour with almost no head and lots of effervescent. Definitely sour aroma with some nice grape notes. Solid brett character, but the grapes have presence and the oak is just noticeable in the finish. Nice and refreshing.

Lekko zmętniona, żółta barwa. Bardzo owocowy i funky aromat. Dużo jabłek, winogron, agrest, minimalna octowość, ładna beczka. Kwaśne, wytrawne, owocowe, lekko ściągające, z nutami winogron i octu balsamicznego. Bardzo przyjemne.

From a liquor store in CT: pours hazy pale with a white head. Aroma is tree, musty grapes, funk, subdued hops. Taste is funky and a bit tart. Woody and quite dry with just a hint of sweetness. Quite nice.

Bottled. Clear golden body, almost no head but tiny bubbles like champagne. It’s a great aroma of cork, wood, grapes, wine berries, flowers. The taste is not overly tart, it’s like a dry champagne. Wonderfully complex, with red wine overtones, deep sweet notes of port, with a lovely touch of raspberry.
