Tap @ Captain Lawrence... A hazy golden/amber pour. A nice effervescent brew with floral hoppiness, candied sweetness, and yeast spice. Mild honey character and floral, fruity, spicy yeast esters. Mildly danky probaby from the amirillo and some citrus and acidity too. And a little burning. blklab2007 (2120) - Connecticut, USA - FEB 4, 2012
UPDATED: FEB 19, 2012 draft at the tasting room has a golden color and a thin covering of white head. aroma has bright hops, citrus, hits on the tropics, and grapefruit. wow like a west coast blast. mouth feel is medium light and the carbonation on the low side. flavor is so juicy, grapefruit, citrus rind, hop flowers, low to medium bitterness, and a dry solid finish. this showcases the hops so well and is nicely dried out and juicy like a west coaster. wish they were filling growlers of this when I was there. On tap. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a large, fluffy and lasting white head. Great lace. Aromas are hoppy, citrusy, herbal, grassy, orange and tea with mild tropical fruit. Bready malt and light esters. Flavors are of tangerine, pomelo, orange, citrus blossom, floral hoppy notes. A bit too sweet for my tastes. Lower carbonation with medium alcohol. Draught from Brouwerij Lane. Pours a cloudy yeller. Floral, floral floral. Citrus too, not as hoppy as adverted. hivemind (919) - New York, New York, USA - DEC 28, 2011
Tap at Cannibal. Dark golden pour with pretty big, bright white head. Palate is fresh hops and citrus. Palate is more of the same. Lots of grapefruits and pine, some orange peel maybe. Just really fresh and bright. Medium mouthfeel. Very sessionable.

On tap at cannibal NYC. Soft dipa... Taste is floral and some booze poking through. Lavender, spruce, malts... corby112 (2804) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 21, 2011
Pours a golden yellowish-orange color with a half finger white head that quickly settles into a thin ring. Not much in the way of lacing.
Earthy hop aroma with hints of grass and pine along with subtle spice and sweet citrus. Some lemon and orange rind along with pale malt presence.
Lighter bodied than expected with a balance of earthy and sweet hop notes countered by a subtle pale malt presence. Spicy hop bite up front with some pine needle and grass flavor followed by some citrus rind and biscuit. Dry finish. Decent but nothing out of the ordinary. malrubius (2986) - Springfield, Vermont, USA - DEC 17, 2011
Growler from Bierkraft. Pale copper with white head and nice lace. Grapefruit-forward aroma. Quite fruity sweet but not quite syrupy. Peachy grapefruit with a little toasty biscuit and medium assertive warming bitter grapefruit peel dry finish. Full but fairly soft palate. Nicely balanced. Very good. Congrats on the kid. Draft @ the ’growler’ in the financial district. Pours bright golden orange color with a nice pillowed head. Smells of citrus, pine and candy. Taste is floral and nicely balanced. Really good. I can’t believe I randomly stumbled upon this.

Samples at the brewery and then a couple of growlers later. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Lemon peel, citrus, citron on the nose. Delicious sweet citrus candy, malt, toast. Sweet hint of limoncello. Sweet and clean. Long grapefruit on the finish, citrus peels and pith. Grapefruit and citrus, lingering citrus fruit. Really nice stuff.
