COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
One of the first beers I brewed after moving out to California to begin my brewing education was a Pale Ale. This version is a true testament to the influences the Wild West had on my early brewing. My Pale Ale is loaded with US-grown Cascade, Crystal, and Columbus hops, so be sure to take a good sniff to enjoy their robust aromas before taking your first sip. Sensory Profile: An aromatic beer with notes of citrus, pine, a noticeable bitterness, and a touch of malty backbone to help balance it out. Food Pairing: Foods with a spicy kick are a great match, as the bitterness of the hops will help to cool the palate before your next bite. Mexican food and pizza are natural matches.

Poured an amber color with quite a bit of foamy white head. Smells of malty biscuits with a little pine. Taste is pretty similar with a little more citrus. I like the bitterness in the beer. Feel is medium, decent carbonation. A solid pale ale.

jamestulloch (4117) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 11, 2016
Bottle from Bridgend Service Station. Murky amber body with a medium off-white head. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of autumn leaves, copper and digestive biscuit. Flavour of pear skin and cardboard with a sour finish. Thin to medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Light fizz. A weird, musty beer.

Drank from a pint glass, poured from a twelve ounce bottle. This brew has the normal pale ale flavor, and way-too early hop additions, as you would expect from a West Coast Pale Ale, if that is a thing.

JohnRMurdoch (4883) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - AUG 29, 2016
12oz bottle from Good Spirits Co. Wine & Beer. Orange brown, reasonable head. Caramel & hops aroma. Toffee and citrus fruit flavour. Bitter toffee aftertaste. Somewhere between a pale & amber ale.

Idiosynkrasie (7539) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - AUG 25, 2016
355ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey, dark golden to amber colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Citrusy and piney, hoppy aroma with a herbal touch, notes of pine, resinous hints of green wood. Taste is dry hoppy, piney, woody and slightly citrusy, a resinous touch of young wood, lemon notes make themselves felt not until the finish, malty bais with a nuttily touch. Dry, almost tannic, not that aromatic.

teorn88 (7682) - Rimini, ITALY - JUN 29, 2016
Keg at Draft House Seething. It pours a hazed golden color with a small white head. Aroma is sweet of soft fruits, lemon, caramel and pine cones. Taste is also medium sweet with a clean fruity note of stone fruit and red berries. Some more caramel and resin before a dry bitter finish. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, quite nice
