Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (050808)
UPDATED: OCT 30, 2012 From cask at GBBF 2010 as Freshchester Pale Ale. Pours hazy orange with a bubbly white head. Aroma is fruity and slight yeasty. Orange fruity. Slight off. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is nuts, hops, alcohol and some mild notes of glue. Flavour is hoppy, grassy, and also quite lots of pine/apricot and mild fudgeish sweetness. Bitter and dry finish.

Presented as ’Freshchester Pale Ale’. Cloudy orange beer with a residual suddy white head. Lovely fresh orange - slightly tangy. Semi dry finish. Not much else going on but what there is is great!
