Flavors are spicy, dill, hibiscus, tart, funky, clove, floral. Flowery. Dry with lively carbonation and medium-light acidity. Huhzubendah (3743) - Washington DC, USA - DEC 29, 2012
The beer is fairly hazy and appears a radiant light orange hue. The head is an inch and a half, appearing soft and white, bordering on pink. Lasting retention and ample lacing. An outstanding appearance.
The nose brings forth scents of flowers, fresh garden vegetables, salad greens, pickles, cucumbers, roses/rose petals, all atop a nice bed of brett funk.
The flavor is very floral. The rose character is the star of the show here. Definitely a wild ale, but not incredibly funky or sour. Hints of raspberry. Lingering oak and brettanomyces in the finish. The sourness increases as the beer is allowed to warm.
I must say, I am really enjoying this beer. Creative and well executed. Kudos to the folks at Captain Lawrence. I am happy to have more of these.

[4714-20120818] Bottle. Sour yeasty flowers aroma. Hazy, light pink body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Sour lemony dandelion flavour. Medium body. Really interesting! (9/4/7/4/15) 3.9

Final beer in the night of odd beers was this beauty by Cpt Lawrence. I really enjoyed this. Aroma was oak, berries, floral, and spices. Taste was lightly tart, could have been moreso, with really nice floral notes that worked well. Great. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - DEC 12, 2012
Wow this is odd, rosy color, sweet flower flavors and fennel, a lot of fennel, lol weird

Bottle from Gianni - thanks! Murky pinkish pour with a large froth of off-white foam. Aroma is light, herbal flowers with some vinuous white wine underneath and a bit of light sour. Taste is heavy with flowers over white wine and a corse, grainy flavor. Definitely tart through the finish but it’s restrained and quenching. Some lingering tartness after each sip. Well crafted beer. hopscotch (11247) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - DEC 6, 2012
Bottle... Pours a murky rosé with a small, creamy, pinkish head. Great retention. The flavor is fruity and funky while offering up a delicate note of sharp old cheese. Medium-bodied with dancing carbonation. The flavor is tart, fruity and bready. Finishes tangy with a hint of yeasty bitterness. Bottle courtesy of growler! Bottle with friends. Grapefruit pour with no head. Delicious aroma. Slightly stale. Taste is a punch of citrus with a fine woodiness. Slightly stale but compliments. Really unique arminjewell (9720) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - OCT 19, 2012
Pour out of 375 mL bottle, hazy orange red with thin white head, aroma has notes of nice lemon juice, flowers, slight honey, vanilla, hints of biscuit, caramel. Taste is not as nice, some slight hints of earth, biscuit, caramel, nice flowers, dry earth, finishing very dry and very floral. cubs (10717) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - OCT 19, 2012
Bottle @ home during my #5,000 tick fest, courtesy of arminjewell. Pours a cloudy, peachish appearance with an off white head. Somewhat floral, cherry pie, earthy, moderately vinous, light grape aroma. Somewhat spicy, moderately yeasty, sweet cherry, red grape, moderately floral/rose, fairly fruity flavor. Fairly dry finish. Pretty tasty, interesting brew.
