3.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
375 ml bottle purchased at the brewery. Brewed on 5-2012. Pours a very unique pink. First I've seen this color in a beer. Great winey aroma with grapes, sour apples and tart cherries. About an inch or two of fizzy head. Mouthfeel is very fizzy, annoyingly so. Makes me burp, ewwwwwwww! Taste is very muted. Not too sour, not too tart. Decent blend of rosé water, flower petals and lemon. Tea is present too. Kind of like a baby sour in that its easily approachable. Basically, it's the Lindemans of sours but not as sweet. Not worth the $15 I paid for it.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Shared bottle at Craft Ale. Hazy straw with ruby hints and fizzy whit head. Nose was pale malt, hops, hibiscus, vinous fruit. Tasted like a white wine hybridized with a heavier golden ale, but with big hops and spicy, black peppery hibiscus added. Outstanding1

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
375 ml bottle. Pours a hazy dark orange color with a pinkish hue at the edges and topped off by a small layer of white foam that quickly fades a to a thin film. The aroma is very floral showing notes of flowers, hibiscus, and rose hips to go with some sour fruit, vinous oak, and tart notes from the Brett. The flavor follows and shows a melody of floral characters from the rose hips and hibiscus to go with the vinous oak barrels, light sour fruit, some funk from the yeast, and a light tartness overall. Really tasty and refreshing with the floral notes. Medium bodied with ample carbonation that leads to a lengthy tart, fruity and floral finish. Really easy to drink and a really nice sour ale overall. Good stuff.
