Medium body, lean texture, vibrant mouthfeel, very flavorful, moderately hot, low carbonation, average length.
Tart, not completely dry, almost no bitterness (just a hint at the end).
Exuberant floral flavors, touch of fruit to balance.
Very refreshing and enjoyable as far as sour beers go.

Bottle from Goshen. Floral, herb, citrus, malt and spice aroma. Tart and earthy profile. Malty finish. Other notes of floral, spice, hibiscus and oranges. Quite earthy and malty for a sour. Sour punch is cut back. sinfull (1874) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - JUL 14, 2017

On tap @ Blind Tiger. This one has a cloudy looking kinda purple amber golden colored body with a small filmy and sidesticking off-white filmy head on the top. It smells really good this. Sour red berries, lots of hibiscus sourness bended with wild apple and fizzing soda. Fruity, tart, sour and delicious to smell at. Tastes a little kinder. It contains some mild sour hints in the back, but it’s quite mild. Feels nice and oily in the mouth and it’s near flat on the bubbles. Red berries, sour nectarine. Some old strawberries in the near watery fruity finish. Nice and easy, lacks a little in the taste perhaps but it smells lovely! 16.06.2017

From notes. Enjoyed at a tasting at Corbet’s on May 18. 375 mL bottle. The pour is a clearish golden color with a thin white head that doesn’t really leave much of anything as it vanishes. The aroma is full of tropical fruits, light floral hops, and a hint of spiciness. It’s pretty plain, but it’s just great. The hibiscus is pretty strong with this one. I like the sweetness on the back end. It’s almost fruity. The flavor is better. There is a little tarter aspect to it with a nice bright fruitiness and only a hint of floral hoppiness. There is a little more of a traditional sour finish on it that is enjoyable. The mouth feel is light and clean with a brighter carbonation and a light funk and woodiness on the aftertaste. This one is pretty good for a beer with hibiscus in it. solidfunk (9795) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - MAY 20, 2017
