Brewed with pureed pumpkins added directly to the mash, and pumpkin pie spices added at the end of the boil, this beer packs a ton of flavor into a malty and smooth amber colored ale. Perfect for when the weather starts to change and ugly sweaters come out of storage.

Reddish amber pour. Inital aroma of pumpkin and more pumpkin. Taste is off. More like watered down squash. Finish is unbalanced. Not my favorite.

Pours a nice amber light head with no lacing. Strong scent of pumpkins but nothing else. Tastes like punmkin pie made with no spices or other ingredients. Leaves a bit of an off flavor after taste. There are much better punkin ales out there to try before I would go for this.

Bottle sample at a beerandbeyond speciality beer tasting. Light rusty orange aroma, clear, no head. Dry aroma, sweet, nutmeg, allspice and pumpkin. Mildly bitter, pumpkin sweetness and spicy taste. Light body, a little sticky texture, delicate fizz. Pleasing.

Bottle from Whole Food Market, NYC 120907. Clear amber beer with a big offwhite head. Fruity and spicy aroma and similar flavour. I love the pumkinpie spices :-)

12 oz bottle thanks Jimmie. Poured a slightly hazy deep amber/orangey with an average sized foamy light beige head. Aroma is pumkin, spice, green leafy veggies, dry caramel and crusts. Medium bodied with tight bubbly carbonation and an almost milky mouthfeel. Flavor is grain, toast, light pie spices. Meh not loving this one.
