nearbeer (5139) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - FEB 8, 2017
12 oz. bottled 03/30/2016. Lightly hazy golden body with nice legs and a lasting disc of creamy foam. Pleasing aroma of pineapple, peppery citrus zest, honey, and a hint of garlic. Flavors of resin, pineapple, lemon zest, galangal and a touch of mint. Medium-heavy with a smooth low-medium carbonation and a definite hop slant. The peppery tingly tongue bite is hops more than the abv, with just a bit of the 12% showing up with some welcomed chest-warming.

Alpha10 (694) - Ontario, CANADA - NOV 17, 2016
2016/11/16 - Pours a hazy deep gold colour with a soapy, white head that quickly reduces and leaves moderate lacing. Aroma is orange, stone fruit, caramel, bread, grassy hops and resin. Taste is sweet caramel, ripe orange and stone fruit, grain, with grassy/lightly herbal hops and resin. Mouthfeel is full and chewy with sharp carbonation and a juicy, bitter, lightly warming finish. ABV is present, but mostly in mouthfeel. Full flavoured and balanced. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

skmikeg (1826) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 30, 2016
Pours clear golden orange with a one finger white head with good lacing. Aroma is of citrus, pine, garlic, sweet malts, caramel, grass, fruits, and some light booze as it warms. Taste is pretty similar to the aroma. Has a medium-full body with a semi creamy, kinda of chewy mouthfeel and a moderately bitter, long, lingering finish. Overal, a pretty tasty TIPA that hides its high abv pretty well.

Dorwart (2568) - Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA - AUG 6, 2016
Thin white head of very fine bubbles which reduces to a nice thin sheen of lacing. Mild hops aroma with some vanilla, oranges, grains and white bread. Color is a hazy dark gold. Good malt body with a bit of zippy carbonation, lots of delicious hops, caramel, sweet malts, and lemon peel. Noticable alcohol, presence and warming. The 12% hits pretty hard. Really a well balanced brew. Finishes hot and sweet and delicious. A very good and high powered brew.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle with a stamp that says 03302016. Basic pale yellow pour with a short-lived head. The aroma is mild all around with a bit of orange zest and toasted malt. Medium body. The taste brings out a kind of fruity, no maybe lemon-lime, note with the toasted malts.

Appearance is cloudy orange-yellow with mild sparkle at edges of glass, transient small white head with minimal lacing. Taste is strong fruit, grapefruit, citrus, with malty base balance with light bitter. Palate is full bodied with thick texture, average carbonation, some alcohol warmth, and sweet fruit and mild bitter finish. Overall, bold all around with strong aromas and flavors.

Hazy yellow with foamy white head; aroma is hop spice and sweet rich grainy malt; flava is heavy hop spice grassy with caramel notes and hints of licorice; feels medium with moderate fizz; finishes very sharply bitter

NikkTwist (2947) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 22, 2016
Draft at Bru Craft. Hazy gold pour thar started with a large frothy off-white head. Thick walls of lace. Earthy, grassy hop resins. Smooth mouthfeel (when cold) but a huge sharp bitter finish. Huge piney resins. Apricot pits. Spruce needles. Golden raisins. Mandarin peels. The finish (when warm) is a very harsh bitter. Though the high ABV is mostly hidden. Solid extraordinary brew.

UPDATED: JUN 19, 2016 De geur is al zoals een typische IPA. En de smaak ook, niets voor mij dus want ben echt geen fan van dit type bier
