Actually quite a pleasant beer. Pours cloudy golden with a little head and lacing. Nice head of hops, mash malt and wheat. Poignant yeast. Average carbonation. Sour and sweet finish in equal parts with a touch of bitterness. Well-balanced light beer. Bottle. kerenmk (4753) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - JUN 29, 2013
Bottle. Better Beer Of The Month Club. Hazy yellow-amber with white head. Grassy hop aroma with notes of lemon or bitter lemon, bitter taste, some laundry detergent and dry. Medium body, fizzy, bitter, long finish. OK. pinkie (470) - New York, USA - JUN 27, 2013
Pours a hazy sunny yellow with a faint orange hue right in the middle of the glass. A few stray bubbles coming up lazily from the bottom. Fat off white head of soft creamy foam that fell too slow and left great lace and a chunky cap and thick ring. Lace clinging to the glass. Nose is sweet and delicious citrus, light sweet lemon and floral. Pale grain with a touch of dry sugar and soft spice. Sharp and enticing. Taste is muddled. The lemon is tart and juicy but the wheat never shows up to offset with it’s tall golden dryness. Floral and a touch of hop bitter on the back palate. The bread is light and carries the beer to a a finish that is a little puckering. The dry wheat starts to show up a little as ti warmed but the enticing sweetness was left in the nose. Aftertaste is a little sour. zvikar (6172) - Ramat Gan, ISRAEL - JUN 22, 2013
The nose was crisp, the drink was not. Ill defined on the palate the flavors were all mushed together. The carbonation was ample and refreshed with each turn of the glass. The grain reminded me of toasted malt and even it had a sour aftertaste. It left you feeling like there was a big difference between the nose and the palate.
Bottle. Better Beer Of The Month Club. Pours golden hazy with a nice white head, aroma of peach, wheat, yeast and coriander, flavor is sour and dry with some yeast, wheat and slightly lactic notes, medium bodied, refreshing scarletfire65 (1466) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 20, 2013
Bottle at home. Hazy yellow. Aroma of lime, wheat, stone fruit. Tastes wheaty, spicy, coriander, dry throughout. A bit tart on the finish, with citrusy hops. Sessionable.

Whole Foods, Bowery 355ml ($2): Pours a mostly clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma is pretty nice; citrus, dough, bready wheat, and some other fruitiness. Taste doesn’t quite live up to it. Somewhat bitter. Not really sweet until the aftertaste, but even then, minimally so. Pretty drinkable. Ron (3959) - Rochester, New York, USA - JUN 19, 2013
Bottle after stuck in rush hour traffic. Light straw color with some light sediment suspended. Aroma is wheat, light spices, floral, and faint citrus. flavor is again more wheat beer than anything else. Some spice, citrus zest, but seems a little grainy. I was expecting more.

Appearance: Pours a clear gold.
Aroma: Aroma of light wheat.
Taste: Wheat, light bitterness.
Summary: Solid wheat ale, nothing great but solid for outdoor summer drinking.
Draft at cowgirl seahorse NYC. Pours a light lager color. Taste is crispy a d not offending however I don't see the wheat beer in it. Maybe they poured the wrong one or the keg was messed up. Either way I expect more from captain Lawrence
