Rebecca’s Divine Wit -
Yet another middling homebrew from CBP. Honestly, I have no idea how these guys stay in business. Distinctive bottle I guess. Big gross floaters all over the bottle. The aroma is mildly infected and stale. Can taste a little bit of spice but otherwise this is a watery and flavorless beer. lupulicious (30) - Portland, Oregon, USA - SEP 8, 2011
Swing-top bottle from Belmont Station.
Big, crisp wit aroma, tart fruits and a bit of pepper. Very true to style (pretty strong flavor for the style.) Great summer beer. benjaminbier (45) - Oregon, USA - OCT 11, 2010
Bottle, floppy cap style from new frontier market in Eugene, Oregon. Vibrant, light two diners O’D foam. Rich aroma of orange and fresh green grapes. Very mixed response to the taste, which is potent bitter orange, nearly solvent-like dry and sour. These are not necessarily negatives. As it ages in the glass the flavors turn towards very dry grape and wheat flavors. Have to give this one time in the glass. Very little hop bitterness, quick finish with lingering orange notes. Difficult to rate, definitely high marks for successful extreme flavor profile, but giving a middle overall rate for the uncertainty. kp (10882) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - NOV 7, 2009

on tap at Green Dragon, Portland. pours a hazy golden yellow with a big white head. aroma is lighty fruity and big citrus. very crisp and refreshing. mind you, it wasa 103 outside and I couldn’t imagine drinking something dark, so this wit fit the bill perfectly.

On tap at Oak’s Bottom in Sellwood, Portland, OR--Poured a hazy, bubbly, murky golden-tawny body with a thin, foamy white head. Dark for a wit. Bavarian, nutty clove-banana nose. Bitter, highly carbonated, astringent and crisp. Lingering chalky and mildly tart finish. Quite good. beerinmarch (2830) - Washington, USA - APR 20, 2008
On tap at the PDX Green Dragon. Pours cloudy yellow with a tall white head. Very good estery wit, soft coriander and citrus flavors and a tropical fruit pineapple flavor to it. Crisp and spicy wit, zesty and citrusy finish.
