Amarillo dorado, sin mucho aroma, sabor suave no muy amargo, agradable al paladar, cuerpo ligero.
From old tasting notes. Yellow gold color. Bubbly white head. Slightly sour grainy malt aroma. Crisp hoppy flavor upfront. Good sharp malt flavor throughout. Full bodied flavor throughout. hfmejias (1297) - Marshall, Minnesota, USA - MAR 20, 2015
Can. Pours clear, golden small white head and spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grain, yeast and some malts. Taste is sort of metallic, mostly grain and some yeast notes. Typical lager character, nothing too special. garza (574) - Oslo (NO), Caracas (VE), VENEZUELA - MAR 3, 2011
This is a come back beer from the 80’s and beginning of the 90’s that was taken out of the market when Brahma bought Cervecera Nacional in Barquisimeto.
Pours a bit hazy golden colour with a decent white head. Aroma of malts and grains. Refreshing taste with medium sweetness, medium bitterness and a lightly sour touch. Light malty round flavour. Some very light salty palate and light bitter after taste. Light body, oily feel, average carbonation and short finish. I think is the best beer on the venezuelan market nowadays. It is a shame is not so well distribuited and it comes only in cans. I hope it will be developing more in the future.
